Rena’s Retreat

The Layout:

Relax and rejuvenate in this private hilltop retreat, in a very quiet and safe family neighborhood (we don’t lock our cars at night). This fully remodeled unit includes one bathroom, washer/dryer, AC, Heater, two 40-inch TVs, crazy-fast Internet, and ample parking! It is super clean, private, and roomy. Nicely equipped kitchen truly has EVERYTHING you will need. For couples, solo, and business travelers. The living room couch is also a queen-sized bed, to accommodate up to two additional guests.

Enjoy gathering in the living room to watch the 43-inch TV, or relax and watch the 40-inch TV in the master bedroom. Both sets have cable TV as well as Apple TV, and streaming is great with the fastest Internet in town. This hotel-style accommodation includes everything you expect, and more that you don’t – from utilities, water, AC, heating, paper towels, napkins, TP, shampoo, and even fresh Starbucks coffee. Kitchen equipment includes cookware, appliances, and almost anything you can think of.

The whole house! It has its own parking, entrance, courtyard, and amazing view.

About the neighborhood

Our neighborhood is a quiet, single-family residential area. It is super safe; in fact, we don’t even lock our cars at night. Located in the city of El Cajon, part of San Diego’s East County, the property is generally sunnier than the coast while still enjoying easy access to beaches, mountains & desert.

How to get around

Public transport is San Diego is terrible. Car, Uber or Lyft. We are 5 min from both the 8 and 52 freeways. We are with 30 min of the beaches (including La Jolla Shores and cove), the base of North Island, and almost anywhere in San Diego. 15 min to Kearney Mesa, the base in Miramar, etc.
