We are a small family business with 13 units in San Diego. We specialize in TDYs at North Island Naval Shipyard and Point Loma!
ALL units have a government clause with a 24-hour out.
It’s like a hotel without maid service, with the warmth of a real house within range of the base.
Our units range from:
- Individual suites, or rooms, inside a large house with an open-concept kitchen (Gillespie House and Imperial Beach House)
- A charming secluded 3-room studio (Hilltop Efficiency Apartment)
- Entire condos (Rena’s Retreat and Peaceful Condo)
- An entire house with a backyard perfect for dogs (Chamoune)
We have 3 main locations where our units are clustered.
- Imperial Beach - 11 min from North Island
- Mid-City (near downtown) - 18-23 min from North Island)
- El Cajon (typically 25 min from North Island)
All units are a short Uber ride from Downtown nightlife.
All our units are top notch with amenities like keyless entry locks on all locks, full kitchens, laundry, live sports, ESPN, HBO, movies on demand, and fresh Starbucks coffee beans. Two of our units are dog-friendly.
